Move your body: Walking counts. So does dancing in the kitchen, or angrily stretching because your socks are cold.
Stay connected: Don’t turn into a hermit. Message that one friend who always sends memes.
Eat mindfully: Yes, cookies are technically plants if you trace them back far enough — but try some actual fruits and veggies, too.
Create cozy moments: Think soft lights, hot tea, and the illusion that you have your life together. Bonus points if you add a blanket fort or a cat.
