I had the chance to create a series of 3D renders for Form Energy, visualizing their groundbreaking iron-air battery technology.
There’s something fascinating about capturing the progression of power, starting from a single battery cell and scaling all the way up to a massive 56MW grid-scale storage system.
It’s exciting to see how simple, abundant materials like iron, water, and air are being harnessed to solve the long-duration energy storage puzzle.
These visualizations help bridge the gap between complex engineering and clear understanding, showing how individual cells are organized into modules and containers to create a system capable of powering our communities for days at a time.
